Sip Sip is tourist central on Harbour Island and for good reason. Delicious daily specials, gorgeous views, and, of course, their world famous lobster quesadillas. Open daily 1130am until 4pm except Tuesdays. Always a crowd (and a wait). No reservations accepted. We visited most recently on a Saturday, arriving around noon. Seated at 1:15pm. I would love to give them 5 stars but they are basically victims of their own success. Limited supply of seating, delicious food, little competition, and certainly a "must see" destination while on the island all make for challenges in the restaurant world. This scenario also allows for no need to compromise on pricing (lobster quesadilla = $45). Also, in order to operate at some level of efficiency, the staff have to be very directive and not anticipatory of guests' needs. I don't mean to say that the service is poor; it is actually excellent. The situation just does not allow for a relaxing experience. You definitely need to check it off the list but just remember, paradise comes with a cost.

I've been there numerous times, and this is hands down the best lobster quesadilla I've ever had, The staff is friendly and so nice, they would sit us wherever we asked given we were there in time. They were only open during lunch hours so you would have to make sure you got there early to get a good spot and before the quesadillas ran out, i'm not kidding they're that good. The margarita is so good but warning, they make it tasty but one will have you feeling right. We also had the lobster mac and cheese which was delicious as well. If you find yourself on Harbour Island, There are few spots that will offer the view, cleanliness (flies are an issue on the island at times) . and excellent service. ORDER THE LOBSTER QUESADILLA, thank me later!

It was a well worth experience. Food is a 4 out of 5. Service is 5 out of 5. Atmosphere is 6 out of 5. I love the warm weather though, little bias. Be ready to pay, nothing is cheap here.

well,I have to say, just because of they have a great sea view restaurant, that makes everything very expensive.the restaurant was crowded, full of people,we wait 45min to get a table and wait another 45min to get this hot dog—which I can make 30+ within 45min. (meanwhile another group of people came later were served with their order)I was told there‘re too many orders, they can't handle that. but there’re only 4 or 5 similar food based on hot dog ,1 fish as I remember on the manu and some salad. maybe they just can't make more then 1 hot dog at the same time. food was so so,just look at my photo.far more away from “perfect”to describe.

Amazing! I highly recommend the Jerk Pork Burger as well as the Pub Burger. The service was amazing and the view was fantastic. Great menu. The restaurant has a happy Island cibe the second you step through the doors. This restaurant is also extremely kid friendly! I highly recomend this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!

One of my favorite lunch spots in all of the world. I've had lunch here probably 30 times and it's never been less than spectacular. The potato salad is absolutely delicious, as is the pub burger. I generally have a cup of conch chili to go with my Goombay Smash, and theirs is the best on the island. Yes, the prices aren't cheap- but nothing on the island is and the view, service, and food can't be beat. There are only so many experiences like this in the world.

Upscale beach front eatery. The food here is not cheap. It's a sophisticated take on a casual beach front eatery.

I've had great meals at sip sip and the service is lovely. The prices - even for Harbour Island standards - are absolutely insane. Nice for a coffee and people watching.

They have a great view of the Pink Sands Beach and the reef that guards it. Their food and drinks are wonderful. The lobster quesadillas are my favorite, but super rich so don't attempt alone.
