After renting several VRBO s in Florida all along the beach, I definitely have to say this was a much different experience. I understand that the Bahamas does not have a government that cleans the beaches. However, when you arrive expecting to have a beach in your backyard and it's nothing but three feet of seaweed, it's very misleading and disappointing. In addition, the pool heater did not work and the pool was freezing cold. We were traveling with my six-year-old son. Basically, we had no beach for him to play on and no pool for him to play in. I never write a bad post ..but unfortunately if you're thinking about renting this house and have a family beware. Call ahead. The pictures are mis leading

Beautiful 7 bedroom, 6 bath home right on the water front. Kid friendly with a pool and guest house. Perfect for large or extended families. We stayed here for one week and the house was just perfect. Has all the amenities and a movie room with theater seating. Everyone had a great time. Snorkeling right out the back door.
