Booked a two bedroom villa at this resort for 5 nights. On arrival we were given a townhouse which was very substandard and not what we expected, no explanation was offered. Not knowing what to expect I asked Sandra about capacity and was told they were fully booked. We had the most awful night, the shutters did not close in of the bedrooms, the TV did not work, faucets were falling off when we tried turning them on, stove did not work, broken dishwasher, no kettle, rusty pots - the list goes on - there was just a general grubbiness to this place. The next day we made a decision to leave and contacted our RCI Representatve to complain. We also attended the office at the resort and made our concerns known to Darlene. Suddenly a villa - which we had originally paid for - was made available to us. The villa was a vast difference to the grubby townhouse Sandra had given us. It was more up to date, clean with working appliances, however, the shower water pressure was unacceptable. Inspite of this we decided to stay. No apologies were ever offered. We later learned from people on the outside that only some of the units have been updated. My advice to you if you decide to book here is to book a villa or townhouse that’s been updated and ensure when you check in you get what you booked. We got the feeling that Sandra was a bit “shady” when she gave us the townhouse unit, knowing full well that we had booked a villa. Good luck.

Great atmosphere, great hospitality. The suite's are spacious and clean. Airco makes a some noise at night when the fan speed is set to high.

This hotel needs better cleaning. I wasn't satisfied at all.
My boyfriend booked the room for me, but as he wasn't there as a guest, they wanted to make me pay doppelt. Fortunately he booked with my credit-card. So the payment went through at the end.

Nice quiet place with friendly staff and large suites. The apartments have a full size kitchen and living room with fold out couch/bed. Ground floor units have private patios, upper floor units just have a shared front entrance deck. All buildings are two story. They do long term rentals. Easy walk to shopping plaza with western style family restaurant and nice public beach.

Excellent bang for the buck. Don't let the outside fool you. It's gorgeous and rooms are apartment sized. Excellent accomodations. Just wish they served dinner and drinks later on.
