Worst shipping company of all time. Service is slowwwww and prices are outrageous. I paid $100 to clear a few packages, which all together worthed no more than $50. My package was delivered to opa locka since Monday and has already missed 2 flights. Still waiting

First off let me just say this the worst company ever. Honestly I didn’t even want to write this but I feel like I need to. From a previous company I went too, they usually emailed me when my shipment arrived and updated me with my orders, information, etc. This company however doesn’t, so I have to call them instead. When I do call they never answer their phones and when you drive there, you waste your gas and stand on a line for almost 2 hours and be served just to find out that your order didn’t come. All of this is very inconveniencing to me, because this wastes my time and energy just to find out that it isn’t there. I don’t understand why they take so long to serve one person though, like literally nothing gets done in there. Plus its always so crowded and everyone just looks lost. They over-price the shipments as well. If this isn’t enough to convince you to not choose this company, just prepare to always be frustrated there and have your time wasted, and I would advise you to bring snacks or eat a big meal before you go, maybe even say a prayer or two along the way. They don't even deserve this star by the way.
