Not welcoming. The receptionist was short and curt with her answers. Seemed bothered to assist me. Unwilling to follow my instructions about my vehicle. Was unfriendly and unsmiling. The gentleman next to her was nonchalant.

Tried to call got transferred 7 times but no one in parts ever answer. For the over priced items cat service should not be this poor. Once said I need pay $900 to have a issue fixed but the part that was the issue was $40 and could be done myself
