  Compassionate, dog, animal friendly staff with resident vet and caring management. We always adopt from the HS and two dogs from there grace our home right now. Excellent place.

  If there were a six star rating I'd give it. Very well run, clean, great caring staff. We Americans took the fast ferry to pick out a dog, who was then flown to us a few days later. They even gave the dog a bath before putting her on the plane. The dog is great and there are many more potcakes of all ages eligible for adoption.

  Haven't been there, myself. However I adopted a 2.5 year old potcake the originally lived here for his first two years, then was transferred to a rescue organization in Denver, Colorado. Charlie (originally known as Ness) has been such a blessing in my life and I am so thankful for the care he received before he came into my life. Thank you for your hard work, Humane Society of Grand Bahama!

  Very clean!!! Animals have lots of fresh clean water. Lots of BEAUTIFUL cats that are fixed and ready for apotion

  Kinda do not like the first 2 reviews and cannot believe I am only the 3rd.
  
  Tip and her staff are amazing. The dogs, cats, puppies and kittens are well taken after. Tip runs a top notch shelter and they are an amazing group of people. Adopt a Potcake from them. I have 2 and you will not be sorry!
