Amazing chocolates and very friendly staff what I also liked about this place is that it's on this huge compound to where you can tour the the old mansion there's also a place where you can try different cigars just and take really cool pictures it was beautiful

Great chocolate. Fun, interactive tour. Take about 15 min.

I absolutely loved this place!! I am a huge chocolate fan, the Graycliff chocolates were rich and tasty. My friends and I bought the chocolate shots, which were 2 for $10. You can also take a tour of the factory and make your own chocolate for an affordable price.

We didn't get a chance to go on a tour but went into the store to try out some Bahamian chocolate. They didn't have any variety of chocolates to sample, just one and the staff woman behind the register didn't seem too friendly. Oh well.. We made our purchase and moved on to the cigar factory which was towards the back!

Fun shore excursions experience seeing how chocolate is made and making your own chocolate bar. Be advised that your creation will melt easily!

Average chocolate, but the employees were enthusiastic.

The chocolate is exotic and delicious! The tour was lousy. After paying $10 per person for a 5-8 minute tour I expected at least a pleasant tour guide rather than the attitude that the tour guide would rather not be bothered at all.

El tour es muy rapido y no te explican mucho pero puedes pobrar todos los chocolates y al final te regalan una trufa.

Overpriced chocolate. The milk chocolate is overly sweet and not very complex. The dark chocolate is quite good, but you might be able to find their signature mint-colored boxes in gift shops elsewhere on the island for cheaper! Don't bother with the loose truffles - too much coloring and sugar. Being a cigar factory they also have tobacco flavored chocolate, if that's your thing.
