Excellent restaurant! Had to make reservations great view on the sting rays!! Atmosphere was great check out the bar stools saddle stools by the bar! Great food prices a little higher.

Once you get your bill. You Proably won't return. Slow service and gourmet potato chips for 80 bucks. Not worth the stress go to bahama grill its 10000000 times better

Don’t waste your time. Got a $20 dollar plate of ribs, wings and brisket. The meat had a strange taste not juicy. really a waste of time and the only side was chips.

We hoped for the family portion of ribs and bbq chicken, but with the extra sides billed separately it’s better to get individual meals. Kids dishes were great.

I was really excited to try this place because I am a huge BBQ fan. To my surprise, the food here was terrible. And that's an understatement. The brisket was really dry and one piece of "brisket" was actually just a piece of fat. The chicken wings were okay. They have a really good hot sauce.
We also got a pitcher of sangria which was basically all juice. I asked the bartender how much wine was in it and he said less than a half bottle. The pitchers are huge, so half a bottle of wine in there's is basically nothing. We asked if he could make it a little stronger. He did, but it ended up costing us an extra $24.
The bartender Rony was really nice and friendly. Had pretty good banter with him. The extra star is for him.

Absolutely the best food value at Atlantis, particularly if you are on the casual dining plan. Don't be afraid of the reservation requirement, as it is rarely a problem to get a same day reservation

Ribs fell off the bone and were delicious. Chicken wings were out of this world. Corn bread and biscuits were fantastic. Service was very friendly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . When we first walked in the hostess was extremely friendly and let us pick our table . We sat down and our waitress walked up and took our order. I was surprised to find out the lunch menu was so limited we only had a choice between meat as the entree and chips as the side . There were very limited options. We got our food quickly but our waitress never came back to check on us, the manager didn't come by to see how we were doing and the gratiutuity and VAT were automatically added on. I will NEVER return. I advise anyone who is headed here to turn away and choose to eat elsewhere .

Terrible service, very slow to get our order. Disappeared for ages between getting water and taking our order. Came over and asked us how things were going, standard question of course, and no one had any food -- did he not notice? Food was bland, the kids macaroni and cheese was the best thing on the menu.

And this is more of critique of the whole resort - the automatic 15% percent gratuity absolutely stifles good service let alone great service. Definitely saw this at Virgil's.

The service was terrible. Once the waiter took the order we never seen him again. Tip is automatically added to bill. This explains the horrible service. Save your money and eat better cheaper food with hotel room service. The food at Virgil's was ok but 200.00 for 2 kid meals and 2 adults is ok if we could just get our drinks refilled and our bill without getting it by asking anyone we could get to make eye contact with.
