Beautiful guard gated condo's with some units directly on the beach! Gorgeous community pool's & hot-tub as well as a nice little gym.
Some units have diesel generators 😊💥
If you are new to the island a generator is a must have in the Bahamas.
Power outages happen quite often as compared to North America & this is something that most EX-pats take for granted.

The complex is right next to a nice little beach bar called Nirvana which is situated just to the west.

Community grounds are spotless & security is good.
However just as anywhere else, petty crime does happen here so don’t leave things unattended and you’ll be okay.

The development is located under the extended centerline of runway 14 at LPI Airport.
As far as I’m concerned it only adds to the developments ambiance.

*if you are partial to aircraft noise* this community may not be for you With that said, LPIA is hardly a “JFK”and has 1/10th of the traffic that other major airports get ..

All in all one of the better condo developments that I've seen & located on New Providence Island's coveted west end.

*I previously lived at Love Beach Colony West*
and because of that, I’ve learned to love generators 😉
Again-A steady power supply is something most westerners take for granted-if you are moving here, make sure your building has a generator- Don’t say I didn’t tell you 😇

The Greenest Pool in the Bahamas! Excellent mosquito breeding grounds.

If you enjoy beautiful views, nice landscaping and a pool that resembles a Florida swamp. You'll truly enjoy it.
Good thing the Beach is seconds away.
