My fiance and I were visiting this restaurant from a cruise ship. We ordered two appetizers, one beer and a diet coke. We were presented a bill for 79.00 dollars. We were told that one of the appetizers we ordered for two which wasn't the case because I specifically ordered it for one because my fiance ordered her own separate appetizer.

Although the food was okay, we felt we were taken advantage of. The prices charged were WAY more than the menu prices. I don't recommend going here.

Omg! On Jan 13. 2018 Went for a girls night to take our Bahamian friend out who has not been home in years.. and it surely ended up being the worst experience I've ever had! We ordered Sushi and it was not even fresh(premixed)! But moreover we had a error with the universal California roll. Told the Waitress that things are missing from the roll! And the witness kindly address the chef and said, "oh I forgot to say we ran out of avocado's" (after a 25-30 min wait)! Also, there was not only an issue with the avocado there was no cucumbers??? The rolls basically had crab meat and rice! After the fact you made the rolls how you forget that's things are missing? But yet we have to pay for it? U wouldn't talk about the Spicy Tuna!
This is where it left: after being so annoyed about something we weren't notified about to give us the liberty to choose another thing based on knowing what the restaurant was lacking. The manager (blond hair late age smoker) came and address the complaint. She said it was already eaten. She went to the chef and saw that there was cucumbers in the mix?? ( how u saw if sushi is not premixed) Also, she kicked up attitude after being asked if we are accommodated by a discount.
Proceeds to ask my friend, "Wait, and who the f**% are u ( without saying the curse word in full)???
My friend was saying I am with them, want to know with all the back n forth she'll give the discount?
Managers stares and walk off and starts starring from the outside looking in.
In comes a Big overweight security and told my friend she has to go?.l
(Excuse me Via Cafe?)
My friend says she will leave after the bill is paid, she does not want to leave without paying the bill.

He waited for literally 30 seconds (we just waiting on our change)
"You have to leave", once again.
I (apart of the trio) Gets up saying, " Excuse me sir WE Will Leave " we trying to get the bill sorted.
Impatiently: The Security pushes my friend out of the seat (wait he touches her) and she says: "You don't have a Right to this such me"
(Commotion)
I got up to get my friend he pushes myself as well forward in walking. At this point, we are being man- handled.

I told him you can't push up on ladies,
"He says to me: " She's not a lady"? ?????
(Excuse me Via Caffe)
We've been mistreated, asulted and turned off. We will not recommend this place to anyone. Not even the Salsa night that I used to love. The waitresses are nice. That Blonde head manager was threaten by our color and we never knew what she told the security for him to brush us out with his enormous hands on us. (That's how they do it at Via Café) poor service!

Nice hangout spot if you're Into salsa Thursdays is salsa night. Don't recommend for young kids but the environment Is welcoming service is great.

Very expensive likely because of its locale in downtown Nassau next to the cruise port. But the nightlife is oftern good and the service typically on point!
