old amenities, but good service
Nice rooms with amenities. Expensive mini bar. Good variety, tasty breakfast.
Central location, good room, nice view of Guanabara bay and nice restaurant and attendant
Very modern hotel in the historical center. You can visit many things by foot from here and metro Uruguayana is nearby. They have a pool on the terrace with view on Candelaria church and the ocean, and a small gym next to it. Breakfast is quite good with a large choice but they should make it later than 10 am on Sundays and the four days of carnival. Bedrooms are large, showers too. I asked several days in a row for a good pillow but nobody tried to bring any new one.
Very clean hotel with helpful staff. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, all of which were delicious buffets. They had a wide range of different foods, all of which were prepared in a Brazilian style. The wide array of deserts were incredible and took me awhile to get through all of them.
Great staff, awesome breakfast. Pool is quiet and relaxing in the middle.of commercial jungle in rio de janeiro
Its a good place but the service room is very bad. The food is ok but its a violent and savage place.
Attending for a professional occasion and really liked the hotel infrastructure for this kind of event. The food at the restaurant was very nice either.
I was in a meeting, which was held in the conference room at the fifth floor. Very nice place. Soon after the meeting we enjoyed a nice dinner. I loved the place!
The conference seeing was nice. The temperature in the room was perfect. The audio and sounds were excellent. The coffee break snacks were just the right amount. The only complaint I have is that there was no water available during the talks only during break.
The hotel is good, the room e is clean and quiet. But the bed sheets were a little too hard. Well located.
Perfect as a venue for seminars and the like since it is easily accessible from the metro, tram and bus systems. The auditorium sits 500 people comfortably and the many rooms on each of the four floors of the building make the flow from plenaries to concurrent sessions easy to manage.
In downtown it is a good option for restaurant for groups because always have available seats. The food is good and the enviroment is quiet.
For Business Trip it´s a good hotel overall.
Standard room was really dated and with old furniture. The A/C was really old and inside the roof, really noisy making it almost impossible for a good night of sleep. Even if you turn of the A/C, the one turned on the neighbors room will be loud enough. Bed and pillow were very hard.
Not exactly really clean but decent, there was some insects inside the closet
Location wise it´s a fast trip by taxi to Bossa Nova Mall and Rio Sul Mall. It´s located at the heart of Rio, so not a very good option to wander in the region.
Breakfast was complete and good although some food was clearly from other day
3 start at maximum for Brazil standards. 2 starts at maximum for Europe standards.
Localization at downtown, near a lot of restaurants, good staff, excellent breakfast and acomodations
