Nice for catholics. Expected more musically. Gregorian singing and organ could be more present. Worth a visit if you are planning to know SP downtown area

I love to go there from time to time. Extremely charming interiors and a real peaceful emotion. The community of monks praying several times a day gives the opportunity to joint them and to enter their quiet existence of praise.
Pope Benedict XVI stayed here during his visit in Brazil in 2007.
Recommended to tourists and do not forget the Sao Bento bread!

Beautiful church with stained glass, elaborate painting on walls and ceiling and intricate architecture. The chants during the evening service are sublime!

one of the most beautiful churches in Sao Paulo. I absolutely love every detail of its architecture. The monks sing Gregorian chants during some of the ceremonies.
