Good breakfast. Fast laundry service. Nice, although small, rooftop pool with good few and small bar. Also sauna and small fitness room. Minibar prices reasonable. Walking distance to Copacabana beach is roughly 15 minutes.

Ideal location to beach. Walking distance, 3 blocks. Central location to stores, shops and restaurants. Roof top pool and sauna. 4 stars. Hotel a bit dated. Free wi-fi. Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional customer service from Carina. She went the extra mile to accommodate my desired favela tour and help me overall. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, in my entire life! It's dirty, the staff knows nothing! We asked the front desk for directions and they gave us the wrong ones, so we were lost. The bedsheets and overall room was dirty, down to the class cups we were supposed to drink out of. The fridge is tiny. They don't have a microwave, iron or iron board in the entire hotel. You have to pay for ice if you need. The stupid staff is also rude, laughing at the guest. I wouldn't recommend my enemy stay here!

We stayed only for 3 days. My partner and I are very disappointed during our stay in Mirador hotel, if we can only check out after a day of staying in the hotel and stay somewhere else we will but we have confirmed our booking and payed in advance (non-changeable).
As per money they charge their costumer per night, the facilities and equipment of the hotel were not even nearer to 4 star hotel. I would mark it as a 2-3 star.
The non-veg hot breakfast was over cooked.
The scrambled egg was too oily, milky and tasteless.
The sweet bread was too hard and dry.
(Over all the breakfast wasn’t too many varieties).
The swimming pool was too filthy (the advert picture was way too different in reality).
The air conditioning unit in our room was too noisy, we finding it very hard to sleep well.
The wi-fi was very slow and always have to log in.
The pressure of the water from our shower was very weak.

Also he hotel T&C if you booked weekend and stayed minimum 2 nights you are entitled to check out late, ‘till15:00.
On our last day (morning 12/03/18) we requested if we could check out late as we have 20:30 flight. The manager refused our request straightaway, she said due to the hotel was fully booked. Fair enough, and, Few minutes later she agreed, that we can but we have to pay half of the day price. Which my partner and I agreed and paid 120 reais, just to check out at 15:00 (Left us with no other choice).

Was feeling very disappointed, all that talk and money spent, the hotel was empty. From that morning when we were talking to the manger, up to 15:00 cannot see people walking in and out the building. If the hotel was very busy then how come she straight away said we can stay but we have to pay?! Such a money grabber!

A small bare room with two twin beds with a mattress similar to what is found on bunk beds, very stiff. When awaking in the morning, found second bed covered in ants. Had to show a video when the the first complaint went as though it was not important. Fan did not work and would not turn on. Had a room by the main road and was very noisy on Saturday after 10 as though there were garbage trucks constantly running. Could hear the neighbors tv and hear words clearly as though own tv was on and apparently slept with their tv on. Sheets were not changed once during 4 day stay

I've gone to Mirador Hotel to attend to an professional event and it was awesome! The place is very elegant, with sensors in bathroom to optimize the water waste and everything is very well cleaned. The food served is very good as well.

It's a nice place to stay. Awesome breakfast, well located, near the copacabana beach and with a lot of good restaurants near. It's near to the subway too.

I didn't get to know the hotel thoroughly, as I just attended a meeting there and didn't get to reserve a room, but the place seemed nice.

Good location, near subway station, three blocks from the beach. Room is old but clean, comfortable. The food is very good in lunch and breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.
