Muito bom hotel da rede Mercure. Ótima localização entre Vila Olímpia e Moema. Quarto amplo e confortável. Sinal de Wi-Fi excelente. Elevadores necessitando de reforma.

Hotel bem localizado, num bairro bom de São Paulo, próximo a supermercado, padaria, alguns bares e restaurantes. O hotel possui uma van que faz o transporte para outros lugares até uma certa distância ou também tem taxi em frente, não tem linha de metrô perto.

Good infrastructure and reception for work event. Very good coffee break as well as rooms for our training. The only bad thing (really bad) was the wifi. Once we had 10+ people in the room, the wifi quality suffered a lot.

Ok hotel. Small rooms, ideal for work travelling. Good breakfast service. Moderately expensive good quality dinner at hotel restaurant. Not many vegetarian dishes available. Cesar salad is ok.

The hotel is well located and service was very good. I got a room upgrade because the hotel was full. The bed is comfortable and room was cleaned.The bathroom presented water leak after take shower, but it was not a big problem for just one day.

A wonderful experience as always. We are frequent guests, the service is excellent. The team is wonderful. Good and clean rooms, Goos breakfast and food in general, the best value for money. Localization perfect, near good shops and restaurants. We not only would be back, but strongly recommend ir to friends or relatives.

I'v been at the bar, it was totaly empty at the evening, they have good structure for small number of people, but they have a very good combination of spirits and bottles.

Took a long time to get my check in, but the worse experience ever was my wife has called me during the night and, surprise, the receptionist told her I wasn't staying at the hotel!!!! I felt totally offended, never staying at this hotel again.

I know the restaurant. There is good food like green lasagna what can be split for two people. Nice place and good service.

Not bad, but the service has to go improve : the cleaning on the rooms is pretty bad. A lot of rooms have to be renovated. Breakfast is OK, but sometimes , the staff is stealing food and eating
