Good breakfast, modern and comfortable rooms. Nice outside pool with sun lounger areas. Area is not as high end as the other side of the river, but price difference makes up for this.

Nice business hotel with friendly and efficient staff service, adequate and basic facilities, within short distance from Morumbi Shopping mall and the Market, as well as a supermarket and sports shop. Restaurant food is OK though not extravagant, provides free shuttle service to nearby locations (it's not safe to walk alone in the hotel's vicinity), and there's a nice view of the river bridge from the restaurant / pool. Meeting rooms are OK with standard facilities. Note to Asians: missed some home comforts No kettle in the rooms but you can order hot water from the restaurant if you need to make tea or warm up something in your room. No complimentary bottled water, so be prepared to buy some at high prices (drinking tap water is not advisable but I tried and no problems)

Nice location and staff. The room is quite different with shower and bath with different access. Missed power outlets close to the bed. Overall the hotel has good cost X benefit.

The staff was very helpful. We needed room service and despite the short number of choices, it was satisfying. Breakfast was very good. The room, although small. was comfy.

I recently stayed in the hotel. Bein sick I had to stay in the hotel during working hours for one day. Renovation works (hammering, hole digging, etc.) started at 9am and stopped at 5pm, making a non stop huge noise. Impossible to get some rest. How is that possible in a 4 start hotel? Are customers supposed to leave the hotel everyday between 9am and 5pm if they want to have a quiet day? I stayed in this hotel multiple times but this was clearly the last one.

It was a decent experience, apart from a few upsetting issues. The main one was the card for the elevator, which insisted on not working. Despite going back to reception and changing it, it would still not work, that caused me to used the stairs a couple of times up to the 7th floor. The toilet flush also was not very effective, and the towel hanger was loose.

If I compare what Novotel with the other Hotels, the service provided is good enough. But, there are areas that are pushing down the quality bar of the Hotel.
