  Great hotel, very friendly staff who somehow didn't mind putting up with my lack of preparation for this trip to Sau Paulo and provided me with everything I needed to get through the week. They speak every language you can imagine too.

  Pretty solid hotel in Santo Andre, staff is very helpful and bartenders are really good. The breakfast is really good with made to order omelettes and fresh coffee. The rooms are very clean and have a decent sized TV. The location is within walking distance to a mall and several restaurants. The gym is serviceable with good treadmills and a cable system. Was here for work and it was a five minute drive to the office. Would stay here again

  Great Hotel and Staff. Not many Hotels in Brazil have Hotel Staff that speak English but this one does.

  Room is ok gor 4 stars but lack of maintenance and quality. 2 examples : weak wifi in room 158 and cold room (Air conditionning not working well)

  Good hotel, exelent service, would have gotten 5/5, if it wasnt for the some what deceptive "room description".
  Would it said "huge rooms" Id given it a 5/5.
  Now they sell the room as a "appartment"
  Coming from a propper appartment hotel only five days earlier, i have an idea of what a appartment is.
  But as a hotel its up there with the best.
  With huge fantastic rooms.

  Frendly Personal. Clean Rooms. Good Shops on the other side of the street. Nice Park near the Hotel.
