While the staff are all very kind I do not know how Hotel Feller is a 4 Star Hotel due to their serious lack of attention to detail.
My girl friend and I were staying here for a friend's wedding. The day before the wedding we wanted to iron some of our clothes but no hotel room had an iron. So we had to pay for express ironing as it was Saturday and the wedding was Sunday.
After turning in our clothes we were told we'd get the clothes back later that day. We got back later that night but there were no clothes. In the morning I went down to reception and I was told they would check on our clothes and call my room. An hour past and I got no call so I went down again but was told again she'd call my room with an update shortly. Finally after more than another hour had past and no call had been made I went down again and was told our clothes were sent the dry cleaners and would not be back till Monday! I advised the receptionist we paid for express ironing as we had a wedding today and was taking place in 3 hours time! She said there was nothing she could do.
My girl friend and I then had to run out and buy new clothes on a Sunday when most shops don't open till 2pm and the wedding was at 4pm! Buying the new clothes cost us a fortune!
Apart from this ridiculous mess up on their part they also forgot to book our taxi for our flight the morning we were leaving.response / report this review -

Good affordable place for lunch. The price is accessible and the lounge is quite spacious and comfortable.

Very nice experience. The room is large and comfortable, the gym is modern with all the basic equipments. Breakfast is included and the food is amaxing.

This a business hotel. It has a great location and the locals fill the restaurant for lunch during the week. It is per kilo and buffet style. Although there are several options, the meat station is not up to the expectations. The meats are raw in the center and dry and over grilled outside. The desserts are doable and the salads are okay.

Great location, 5 min from subway station. Rooms have a Lot of space and are very clean. Breakfast hás a Lot of options and the top floor hás an amazing view of the Paulista Avenue.

I spent almost one year staying at this hotel while doing my MBA and it has a good service, above average breakfast and good hotel room service.
Rooms are quite spacious and the cleanliness is also very good.
Staff are really friendly.
It is a bit outdated but it is in the end a nice hotel, with a very good location.response / report this review
