Not crowded, easy to reach from multiple directions, underground parking that's free if you stay for lunch.

Not my favorite shopping -- has limited range of stores. Leave time to get to the professional offices on the upper floors because the computerized elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive. It's difficult to find a space in the underground parking at times. Exiting from the parking onto crowded Rua Monsenhor Catão and then turning onto Av. Dom Luis takes courage (at least for a non-Brazilian).
