  Really nice hotel with an awesome and very attentive staff. The rooms may be pricy, but they are worth It. If you are going to visit the DCTA and the institutes inside it (ITA, etc), the location is the best one.

  I was staying on 208 and the bedroom was really nice, however the internet suck really bed, I could not watch anything from my phone or computer.
  
  The worst part was when I complained about, the front desk person told me that I had to pick up the phone and call their internet provider or ihelp service desk . I'm spending hard days at work with projects and implementation and out of the blue I have to call some some loser to get my internet up again ..
  
  I will probably reconsider staying there again, unless I can check the internet performance before check in

  I come often to this hotel. As far as Novotel's go it is a standard Novotel and meets expectations. The staff however seems to go beyond expectations and go out of their way to be nice and professional. They implemented a new menu at the restaurant with tasty options. I am only not a big fan of the desk and TV setups as you cannot move the TV around or position the desk in such as way to use it as a second monitor for your laptop I always carry an HDMI cable with me for this purpose.

  The quality of every single aspect have to be increased. Starting from service which forgot to inform us that there is a package waiting for us for 2 days at the reception desk even if we were asking for it every single evening. Cleaning and restaurant services were ok.
  The room was clean but the bathroom needs some refreshment (e.g. black irremovable stains under the shower). Also the shower itself was broken and leaking. The way how IC is located, blowing on your back while sitting at the desk it is not he most fortunate position. The desk itself is super small and very inconvenient to use.
  There were no irons available to borrow from the reception desk, and ironing room was located close to construction area. It was quite dirty at the corridor. Luckily I have never had to wait in the line to the ironing room.
  The gym was fine, with nice equipment but again not everything was working correctly. Weights are not compatible with bars thus while exercising you had to be extremely careful not to hurt yourself. It was also difficult to change the weights on one of the machines.
  Breakfasts were very nice with everything available all the time. Big plus here. Food in restaurant was also good with multiple vegan and fit options.

  Best hotel in Sao Jose dos Campos. Very comfortable accommodations and a great bar and restaurant.
  The hidden gem is the staff at this hotel. Extremely friendly and efficient. They would move mountains to meet your expectations. From booking, to breakfast, front desk and housekeeping - top notch team.

  We went on a large group for the feijoada. The stew was watery and lacking spicy pepper sauces. The infra structure for kids is weird. There's a monitor who stays indoors on the small kids space while the outdoor playground which demands adult supervision by the swimming pool has none.
