Nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast spread. For foreigners, the hotels have local electrical outlets.

I have stayed at Faro, many time during business visits. Decent economy hotel. Don't expect fancy things. Rooms are clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Peaceful place. Restaurant has limited fixed menu, but there is a mall next to the hotel and hyper mall as well. Bar has Cachaca to relax.

Nice and clean hotel with good views and comfortable bed. Room is missing some standard items like room service menu, iron and ironing board and information about hotel amenities such as gym and restaurant hours but otherwise great.

The Faro hotel is a great place, it has a perfect structure with rooms for events, gym, restaurant, business bar, and your service is high level!!

Basically, the hotel has clean rooms with some comfort, but we had some problems about the service: our reservation was lost by the crew, and we had to do it again, when arriving. Moreover, they did it wrong, reserving two, and not three days, as scheduled before. The room wasn't cleaned in the second day. The restroom also didn't have a backup toilet paper. Despite of that, the hotel has a very good breakfast, in a very beautiful restaurant. The room has many options for eat and drink, and the have a good parking. The wifi is good, and the TV has good options of channel. The hotel is located near a good mall. The crew is pleasant, but it would be better if they do the things right.

Rios are ok. Wifi does not work properly and breakfast is Good.
