  This is an ok hotel with great location in BIG need of renovation. The elevators are badly programmed. Skips floors and leaves you in several floors before reaching the ground floor.
  
  When the lock to my door stopped working they sent a nice but incompetent janitor that failed to open the door (with the saw-blades seen in the photo) for 90 minutes before managing to drill open the lock. Unfortunately the personnel in the lobby wasn’t as nice as the janitor. They had very little understanding of my frustration in this situation - loosing 2 hours in total of working time - and had an arrogant approach. Disappointing.
