Good hotel at one block from the beach. 23 floors with a pool on the terrace with beautiful view. Rooms are apartments with kitchenette, table, chairs, armchairs, showers, fridge, air conditioning, balcony, TV, safe box (must pay for its usage). Restaurant offer self service food (as for March 2018, R$4,99 per 100grams). Breakfast was not included in my price as I reserved via RCI service so it was R$23 per person per morning. You can cook your own food as there is a big market nearby (Three blocks via the main avenue where the hotel is located). Tours are offered by hotel certified agencies but be careful: they may “miss” some information regarding to bus time travel of the tour and/or final price. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are going on holidays to Fortaleza bear in mind that it’s full of marketing and publicity and what they offer is not what you get. Hotel is good. Beach next to the hotel is good but Praia do Futuro is better. There are two shopping malls nearby (Aldeota and Del Paseo, better). Staff at the hotel don’t speak English and only a little of Spanish (some of them).

Do not book a tour from this hotel!! They will only send you on a tour with Stylo Tours. Their tours are TERRIBLE. They will rip you off and their tours are completely disorganized.

A localização do hotel é excelente, à noite é bem agradável a região com várias opções. Quarto é bem espaçoso tipo flat, mas na cozinha não tem nada pra utilizar além de copos e talheres. O café da manhã é muito bom com várias opções. Fiquei no oitavo andar e achei que faz muito barulho.
