The hotel is very well located, Ipanema is a great neighborhood. O attended an professional meeting so did not see the rooms, only the reunion area and the restaurant, which was also very appreciated.

Ótima localização e estrutura. Serviço 100%. Estive para participar de um treinamento profissional e todo o processo foi bem agradável. Toda equipe super solÃcita. Almoço maravilhoso, feijoada aos sábados! Para mim perde uma estrela a infra-estrutura que poderia ser melhor estudada e mantida.

Accommodating staff and our room was clean. Bonus points to housekeeping staff for not changing the towels we hung up.
But the elevators, oh my! They frequently forgot where they were going and headed to the basement, doors opening below floor level. Except when you wanted to go to the basement (to get a beach towel), then you couldn't get there.
We got so tired of "joy rides to nowhere" that we would wait for the one elevator that actually worked.
This isn't a way to run a hotel. Great location, but there must be better choices.response / report this review -

Nice hotel in a great location. It doesn't have a fitness center but it is really close to the beach where you can go for runs.

Old and worn-out rooms, AC too loud and no improvement after two complaints.
