  Great for the casual traveler and a very nice place to stay. The staff are welcoming and very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and the small gym and outdoor pool is an added bonus. The Metro into the city centre is only a few minutes walk away, and there are a couple of nice bars and a bicycle café across the road. Parks and art museums can be reached on foot, or by taxi (6 - 8 mins) for about 12 Real.

  Good place to rest, clean and comfortable. Could have toothbrush and other higiene accessories for standard. Other than that all nice. Good breakfast.

  I've only spent the night on Comfort Nova Paulista. The hotel is OK. It had a good bedroom with a 32' lcd screen which I didn't use. The shower was good, the water was hot for a good and resting bath. The bedroom was clean. The air conditioning remote wasn't working so I couldn't turn it off. In the morning I had a good breakfast which was already included on the reserve. I have no complaints, I just won't give it 5 stars because I've been on better hotels.

  Wonderful staff, good & clean rooms, beds very good, bathrooms well facilitated, air conditioning, telephone, minbar and television.
