I got a food intoxication and i'm ALMOST sure that it was from the sushi that i ate at this restaurant the night before i felt really sick , almost needing to go to the hospital. The buffet was nothing special and i don't think its worth the price. Its not my first time in this exact restaurant and it seems that it gets worse every year

Sal e Brasa in general is a good restaurant chain, I gave 5 stars to the one in Salvador. However, the one in Fortaleza leaves a lot to be wished: the choice at the buffet is rather unimpressive, the staff is OK, but just that. The price, interestingly, was higher than in Salvador.

A big salad buffet and the meat was very good. The atmosphere is nice and it’s not too expensive. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is one of most traditional rodizios in Fortaleza. After an over-expansion, they seem to be back on concentrating on their main address in Meireles, close to the Beira-Mar area.

The salad bar is vast and the options there are quite good. There is also a good variety of hot dishes and even a pasta bar. So, nobody will be disappointed in terms of side options. The meat variety is very good but the quality, while satisfactory, can be hit or miss, especially for someone who has gone to top notch places like Fogo de Chao. The service is very good if one arrives early but the staff level did not seem enough to attend the needs of patrons once the restaurant was about 3/4 full.

The environment is casual but still elegant, with good and clean restrooms. There is reasonably priced valet parking. The last time we went there we found a pianist and were charged an extra for the performance. That seems to be simply a way to jack up prices; I am yet to see anyone who goes to a rodizio expecting to listen to live piano music.

its traditional gaucho style meat, very good given condition that its in north east its very good choice. however its just ok compare to nationwide best churrascaria.
