Stunning view, nice breakfast, nice warm swimming pool, jacuzzi was not open, bath tub with great view, bed too soft for me.

Nice hotel, with plenty of good sized rooms. The service is top notch, breakfast is great and the warmed pool is fantastic. The best parte thou was the vista. You can see the whole Campos do Jordão frm there.

Hotel está precisando de muita manutenção. Piscina suja com mofo nos azulejos, além do teto estar mofado. Colchão do quarto gasto e afundado. Muitos pequenos defeitos no acabamento demonstrando desleixo com a manutenção do hotel.
