A mixed experience: while the place is impressive and the attendants very kind and helpful, it's apparent the hotel is understaffed and heating too feeble to cope with cold temperatures, which can be a problem in larger rooms. Recommended for travelers who crave old style décor and lavish premises, as long as they can turn a blind eye on minor substandard features.

A estrutura é muito boa. Melhorou bastante com a nova administração, mas algumas coisas ainda precisam melhorar como a calefação.

Muito bom o atendimento! Funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos. Amei o espaço. Só poderiam ter informado antes da minha estadia que o hotel estava em reforma. Mais fora isso não temos o que reclamar. Tudo muito bom, inclusive o café da manhã! Ah e o ideal é ir de carro, pois fica longe do centro.

Apesar de ser uma construção antiga, o hotel abriu em dezembro de 2016. Por isso, ainda tem algumas falhas estruturais, como Wi-Fi que não pega em todos os locais, poucas tomadas nos quartos, não tem estacionamento, Jacuzzi estava quebrada durante nossa estadia Mas acredito que, com o tempo, esses problemas serão resolvidos. Há ambientes incríveis aqui.
