Everything was great except for the kids water park area. I think any parent would be disappointed having brought there kids all the way here to find out that the kid stuff was closed for maintenance. Food, spa, gym, and helpfulness of staff were all superb though! Beautiful place!

This is an excellent hotel. You have a very good breakfast. It has a small zoo with lots of birds. It's a great place to take the kids.

We loved our stay with the kids here. Many inviting lounges in the lobby. Convenient restaurants. Breakfast was great. There is a small zoo in the property and excellent pool area.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating. It was also very easy to plan outings. Outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, saunas and workout equipment were all available.

The hotel is old, but fairly renewed. The rooms are not too big, though. Our room has two double size beds, instead of the two queen size hotels usually have. The children are having a good time with recreation. The food is ok, a bit overpriced, R$80/person for the dinner buffet.

The rooms are really big and comfortable, their service is great, and the food is terrific as well.
