Rooms are very small but clean and tidy, so it's the bathroom. Excellent location, very near the subway.

For a hstel, it is very interesting place to stay, very organized and clean. The location is the best part, very close to the subway station, shopping mall and restaurants ina nice neiboorhood.

Where: Ace Hostel, Rio de Janeiro
What: An affordable hostel in Rio
How was it: Well, it's a hostel after all, but it's also the most affordable way to visit Rio. Ask yourself how much time you will actually spend inside the hostel, and if the answer is just to sleep - then this place is perfect !
It was nice and cozy, they had a social room with pool table and a really nice view of the Cristo and the Pao de Açucar. We enjoyed our short stay here.

Excelent staff, excelent location (you must try breakfast at Le Dépanneur, nearby the hostel), really close to the subway and bus stops. Recommended.

Tiny room, almost no furniture, ants in the kitchen and the guy from reception damagen our car in the parking lot. Thin walls, so we were disturbed by noisy neighbours. The only advantage is the location.

Kitchen isn't open 24h/day, it isn't clear, illuminated or ventilated stink! And it's not cheap.
