Although I had to move from the branch of Av. Parallel to Av. Mutualista and except for the complete disorder prior to entry (since they mix foreigners, cards and licenses in one place), luckily I had the help of the people of the 'bolleo', the attention within the SEGIP was regular (there is much to improve). After almost 50 minutes of waiting, I was able to leave with my renewed document.

Crowded. Long lines. Poor service. Be prepared to spend 4-5 hours waiting. On the plus side its inside a mall so one can go to the food court or walk around.
