  They are the worst garbage that exists as an application they are rats. I have been robbed on more than one occasion. For canceling my order because I had an error and I did it immediately, they charged me what my order cost. More than one portunity I have had problems with this application and they have always kept my money.

  Your service for the help application is a disaster try to communicate for my lost object and nothing for the driver they should put the driver's number for anything or at least give it to you for anything bone I do not care to recover it or not but at least I want the guy tell me you don't have it or I'll raise it to someone else I wait to see if they respond it was Saturday August 17, 2021

  I WENT TO NOTIFY A THEFT OF BELONGINGS BY ANOTHER USER WHO SUBMITTED AFTER MY PERSON TO THE UBER, AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME NOR THE PHONE NUMBER OF THAT PERSON THEY ARE PRACTICALLY COVERING A THIEF IT IS SUPPOSED THAT THEY ARE A COMPANY AND THEY ARE NOT TO BE DENIED THE INFORMATION OF THAT USER SINCE IT IS A REPORT OF A THEFT, NOT A MATTER OF DISTURBING AND I NEED THEM LIKE ANYONE

  i ordered an uber to the hospital to take my pregnant wife back, the driver kept on rotataing arround as he didnt knew where is the hospital!!! and finaly he didnt come !!! then i received a message that I need to pay cancelation fees!!! i tried to contact any online help but i was not able to find .now i have that red sign that i need to pay the cancelation fee because uber driver did not know where the hospital is !!!!

  Les pongo 1 sólo porque no hay calificación de 0.
  Un conductor me canceló la llamada estando cerca de llegar y yo tuve que pagar por eso!!! Y en otro viaje me pasó que me indicó un precio y cuando llegué al lugar de destino el conductor me cobró otro precio. Creo que no usaré más Uber 😠😠😠
