Starting January 24th, and for the next 30 days or so, the Alasitas fair is a big event: games, typical food, fast food, lots of art and artisan expressions.
Warning1: Lines for the bathroom are long

The La Paz city bus service has 3 bus stops here to connect to other neighbourhoods. And soon there will be a cable car station as well. There is also economic fast food restaurants

Nice park, it looks like a good place for running. Mostly made up of switchbacks due to the narrow design of the park.

It is the biggest park in downtown. Very nice views of the city. Unfortunately there are almost no services inside it.

In spite of the green bit on most maps and the word 'parque' in its name, the Parque Urbano Central is really an extensive concrete ground that is worth the visit only twice a year: in december-januari when the christmas market is held, and in january-februari when the Alasitas miniatures festival is held.

Huge park with a court for every sport out there. Great place to go for a walk. There are some bridges with really nice views as well

A must-have Bolivian experience. There are all the touristy vendors, but everything else as well. If you like the energy of all kinds of people, products, sights, etc., then go here. It's far more than just shopping.
