Be careful, if stuff will think that your towels 'were dirty' after usage, you will be changed extra $7 for each towel. Very weird policy that came as a bad surprise at the end of the stay. Other than that hotel was nice, staff was friendly, and good food at the restaurant (open for dinner from 7pm).

Wow wow wow! The room was spacious and beautiful. Really well kept. The staff were beyond helpful, so lovely and wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! A magnificent place that I would recommend to everyone. The wifi was terrific too.

We had a quick lunch at the restaurant end of February. Food and service was good. The decor was what impressed us. Location is on a busy street and with tourist attractions within walking distance.

Lovely Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
If you are thinking of staying in La Paz, I would highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.
It offers a central location.
If you're thinking of eating out, don't bother! The food cooked here will be the best you'll experience in La Paz, as it's of an excellent standard and a very good price!response / report this review -

Excellent location for this boutique hotel that has a nice colonial style.Employees are very friendly.Rooms are stylisch with confortable beďs.They also have a nice restaurant that serves local specialties WITH a great price/quality

Very sweet hotel in an old monastery that's really charming. Rooms are large and full of character. Probably wouldn't eat in the restaurant though!

Beautiful hotel in the midst of busy La Paz streets. It is close to a lot of great restaurants and sites. The room can be noisy depending on location. If you can get upper floor, the quieter it will be. Room 112 is a no go!!!

Historisch hotelletje in het centrum van het drukke La Paz. Prima locatie.
De kamers zijn ruim, met hoge plafonds (historisch gebouw).,parket vloer.
Op de derde verdieping is er een buiten terras met relax zetels. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, steeds keuze uit 3 soorten, vers, geperst fruitsap. Misschien iets duurder, maar dit is het meer dan waard.response / report this review -

Un vecchio palazzo Spagnolo molto elegante e raffinato. Camere pulite e spaziose come anche il bagno. Ristorante con cucina tipica e internazionale. Cibo eccellente. Servizio impeccabile e staff sempre a disposizione. L unico inconveniente c era poca luce naturale nella mia camera. Sempre con luce artificiale. Un solo canale in lingua inglese oltre alla CNN e BBC

Hotel Colonial, uno de mis favoritos al estar en LP.
Como es una casona antigua. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero la atención del personal es muy buena, tienen salas de reuniones privadas, desayuno y restaurante. El Wifi funciona en todo el espacio.

Lovely hotel, big rooms with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, but gets 5 stars for amazing staff (particularly on reception)
