  Beautiful hotel just 15 minutes away from the airport. Access to pool, gym and restaurant as well. Clean, large rooms with big kitchenette.

  Our 4 bedroom apartment was not very clean, otherwise it was fine for Bolivia. Very friendly staff.

  I reside in the United States, when booking was done through Sears Vacations, this site showed up as being local to my area. The site came in as being local to Santa Cruz, California when it is in Bolivia. I am giving this hotel 1 star for not refunding my money, and being unprofessional in the fact that I was kept waiting for a little over 48 hours because there is not a manger on site to help with questions. Absolutely ridiculous. I am trying to transition into a house; I am a mother with four children. We are in a hotel until the transition can be made. We cannot afford these kinds of problems! If a problem is encountered, they do not bother to help fix it at all.

  Las habitaciones agradables pero con un baño pequeño. También se deberían señalizar las puertas de cristal con cintas en el centro para evitar incidentes, mi hija de 3 años se tuvo 2 incidentes.
