Beautiful hotel in a good location. Nice big rooms with all amenities. Very friendly personel. The restaurant offer nice meals and breakfast. Best part, the little birds nesting at the entry of the hotel every afternoon.

Excellent hotel with good service. Rooms are comfortables but pillows need to be replaced for new ones! (2017) The swiming pool and the spa are really good.

Everything amazing so far. Unfortunately I fell I'll die to something in the salad bar in the restaurant . (I hadn't eaten anywhere else in over a day). The rooms are amazing. Pools are both Wonderful. Attentive and friendly staff throughout

Super friendly and attentive staff and a tasty brunch buffet! The art decorating the hotel lobby was spectacular as well. Don't forget to ask for your free mimosa included with the brunch buffet ;)

Business wise this is a great place. Rooms are fairly well equipped with the standard flat screen, queen sized beds, small working desk and modern and clean bathrooms. WiFi is definitely not great especially for video calls or high traffic information exchange (upload or download). It is well located in terms of distance to town center although not at walking distance. Taxi is needed. Facilities such as gym, sauna or enclosed and outdoor pool are very good although the gym is a bit unequipped and small for sport and gym fanatics. It has a barbershop. quite unique, comfortable business meeting rooms with some of the smaller ones even free if one is a guest, and the restaurant is very good for some nights, although the menu is a bit restricted in terms of offers and variety. Additionally breakfast is quite ample and of good and fresh quality products. Generally speaking staff is very amicable, hospitable and friendly.

Everything in the hotel is good except the staff from the front desk, the day 11/6/2016 (Yesterday Afternoon) I reserved a suit room for my wife and daughter but a staff member gave them a regular room, so I called to confirm they needed a Suit room, but they were straight up lying by saying that a regular room is a Suit room, they said "Your wife wanted a downgrade of room". But my wife never said ANYTHING to him, after I complained to the member he finally changed my wife's room into the REAL suit room, if i havent called she would have slept in a regular room. Ive known Camino Real for more than 10 Years (On various countries) and I am very dissapointed.
