Esta pareja no ama los animales, no aman su trabajo y no se aman uno al otro. Deberían dejar sus problemas personales y peleas afuera del trabajo para hacer sentir mejor los animales y a sus clientes. Los animales sienten esta tension y aun más cuando ellos brutamente lastiman a las pobres mascotas, cuando estan enojados el uno con el otro. No tienen ética de trabajo y no deberían ejercer como veterinarios.

I seldom write reviews, but this time I just had to. These people should NOT BE around animals and they should also not be around each other. This couple has serious issues, they cant keep their personal problems out of their workplace and take it out on animals
Our dying puppy with intestinal obstruction from plastic pieces needed a surgery and we already had an x-ray confirming that he had plastic pieces in his stomach. We bought him from the pet fair in ELALTO 4 days ago and he had light diearrhea when we got him. He looked a bit down, but we immediately fell in love with him and took him home
We went to 2 different vets and an x-ray place before this one and everybody confirmed objects inside his stomach and that surgery was necessary. Surgery was difficult and the puppy had to be hospitalized and watched after. This was the only place that offered this service
We arrived there and there was not a soul. The woman “VICKY” was outside sitting in a chair holding a book and staring into nowhere. We greeted her and it took her a few seconds to react. She took us in without a proper introduction and her husband came out from another room. He didnt greet us and didnt say a word
After an awkward silence we just started taking, showed them the Xray and explained why we were here. They didnt say much, didnt even ask for the puppys name and the husband started commanding his wife like if she was his pet
Somebody said: "On the table!", we put him there and gave him some strokes as they started working on him
He pulled the leg to the side, she wrapped a belt around the puppy and he tried to stick a needle into his thigh. Our puppy has already been in treatment for 4 days, lost a lot of weight and was dehydrated. With an irritated voice he said: "He's dehydrated – I can't find the vein The puppy was screaming like crazy, peed himself while lying, which never happened before and then seemed to pass out for a second. My wife turned around crying and I couldnt hold my tears either. He finally found the vein
We explained to him again that the puppy had plastic in it's stomach and asked him if he could please give us some info on what he was thinking. He ignored us for a while
He looked at the x-ray and said - "THIS IS USELESS" this is nothing, i cant see anything here. Apparently he also offers x-ray service but we had the Xray already
He said there was no proof that these white spots were plastic and that plastic cant be seen on x-rays. He said the other vets and the x-ray place were not at his level
His wife wanted to say something, but he shut her down. He insisted that he needed to keep the puppy in treatment for 5 days until he could give us options. We showed him pictures of plastic pieces our puppy spit out over the last few days.
He never showed any interested in anything about the history of the puppy. All he said was “Don't buy pets in ELALTE, it's very stupid to do that”. He even brought us to apologize for buying a pet from there. He kept hurting our puppy and injected anastesia and antibiotics. A phone call came in at the same time and we overheard his wife arguing with somebody about consultation fees. She slammed the phone down and turned back to him
Me and my wife looked at each-other, panicked and asked them to stop. We paid them, left and never looked back
I hope they are not like this every day. The place was empty. NO clients, no animals. I guess there is a reason for that. If you go there, make sure you catch them on a day when they both take their medication. DONT LEAVE YOUR PET ALONE WITH THEM
Our puppy was not able to move at all after this encoutner. It was completely paralzed. We planned to take it to gardin botanico for it's first and only walk in a park but that never happened
Krampus our puppy rolled together like an hedgehog and was never again able to move anything but his eyes
We went back to another vet and helped him cross over. After he died, he pooped blood only. Krampus was able to walk before, but not after. We should have given you that moment in the park instead. Sorry krampusresponse / report this review -

Uno de los único lugares donde sacan placas rayos x y tienen veterinarios especializados en traumatologia, la atención es buena y rápida, si un perro es atropellado éste lugar lo puede atender. Hacen cirugías. Los pecios son algo altos. Las placas van desde los 50Bs hacia arriba

Una clínica veterinaria atendida por profesionales capacitados. Realiza análisis de química sanguínea, radiografías entre otros estudios para mascotas.

Pésima atención! No recomendable! Le recetaron ibuprofeno (veneno) a mi perro, lo drogaron tanto hasta provocarle gastritis medicamentosa, lo dejaron paralitico por la sobredosis y estuvo a punto de morir!!! No deberían ejercer nunca más!!!

Muy caro y le pusieron mucha anestesia a mi gata que no se despertaba y casi se me muere :( no ofrecieron ninguna ayuda para solucionar esto a pesar de que los contacté. Lo único que me supieron decir es que no atienden en fines de semana así que no me podían ayudar. Me busqué otro y le pusieron suero de urgencia y mi gata se salvó. Nunca más volveré a este lugar.
