The room was comfortable with a nice mountain view. The staff were welcoming but some of the basics were absent and quite difficult to extract from them e.g. bottled water and tea/coffee. The customer service was lacking with staff coming across as disinterested. Especially disappointing considering the price of the room.

Huge room and bathroom. Fantastic bed with assorted types of pillows. Only one fault, the room had A/C but no heating, it was a cold night for my taste.

May be the best hotel I've stayed at for this price! Definitely the best hotel in Bolivia. I highly highly recommend this place for anyone visiting La Paz. Everything was perfect.

Shittiest customer service. Manager takes advantage of Americans and tries to scam and charge for everything. Manager is what we call in America a female dog. We stayed there 5 days and we had no hot water for 3 days and we had a leak in our room in the middle of the night. Ignacio at the front desk seems like a nice guy and he speaks fluent English but he Is deceiving and tries to scam you in every way possible. Esteban the bellman is the best employee in the hotel by far.
