Great spacious well appointed rooms, and friendly service. Everyone assures me this is the best place in Kuala belait and I believe it. There is a reasonable selection at the breakfast buffet. The hotel and gym have amazing views of the river where the boats come and go offshore. The towels that are available on December gym are as tiny as a napkin so better bring a proper towel from the room if you go to the gym. Gym has all the basic equipment you need and is also frequented by locals. The room service is of good quality. When returning to the hotel you are always greeted very friendly and are sometimes given a fresh cold towel to freshen up after a long day.

There's nothing much special about this hotel. It is comfortable, breakfast is so-so. Food quality is just OK.

Great place to be , like the architecture, and the whole concept, nice view, good ambient, good food, high standards, good service as well , all in one place, you can also take a nice walk around the pier or sitting down by the river, overall is good. The only one thing to improve is the coffee, especially the espresso.

Fantastic hotel in KB. The rooms are great. Everything works and sparkles in the hotel. People are very friendly and lack little professionalism but they always wanted to please you. The Breakfast is one good thing in the Hotel but room services are not that great.
The 4 star for the rooms and people.

The best hotel in Kuala Belait and Seria. Only issue they don’t have a swimming pool and kids play area. But nice Resturant and party hall

U can see the river especially when you dine in at the restaurant which is not that busy or noisy.
The food has improved with the new head chef Suhaimi. Lots of thematic dines and fusion food - a blend of new and fresh influence on local dishes.

Nice hotel and quite surrounding. As such Brunei is a quite country, the staff is very nice and while they up your room, they will make nice animals with towels, that makes your day after coming from work in evening.

One of the best hotels in this part of Brunei. Breakfast could be improved though. The same boring food every day. But rooms are nice. Has well equipped gym too.

It's a decent hotel. If you're going to this side of Brunei I'd recommend staying here. The rooms are very modern. The food wasn't very good but there are decent places in town to eat.
