The price is affordable. The time is flexible. The receptionists just work from 08:00 to 05:00 so if you want to make a deal you should come in this time frame. There is a hot line for emergency though. I booked a twin room. There is free Wifi here for each room up to a certain number of users (Mine is 3). All the stuffs were replaced daily but sometimes they still forgot. You should remind them. Opposite to the Hotel is a Mega Mart selling many things and foods also.

Good enough top stay some days for Work. Nothing fancy, WLAN not yet stable, no breakfast only in a restaurant nearby. Very good located behind shopping Mall, Close to Brunei Methanol and Bruneie Fertilizer Sites .
