  Service and quality are generally acceptable. The breakfast buffet is quite diverse. Attention to details is lacking in some areas such as improving the poor Wi-Fi coverage.

  Spacious room. Connected to a shopping mall. Much better surrounding compared to all those other hotels in Bandar Seri Begawan. Staying here in Gadong will enable access to restaurants and fastfoods, but not if you stay at Bandar Seri Begawan. However, the wifi is really a letdown here in the hotel. I seems to be not connected well with the hotel wifi all the time.

  Location is good , near the mall n there is a supermarket downstairs. The ONLY McDonald's is close as well. XD
  However, wifi seems not connect well.

  This is a very big hotel connected to a mall. The staff here are friendly and service is good.
  
  The room is spacious and clean but the wifi is very very slow and dosen't work most of the time. How is this possible in this day and age, it's a big let down??
  
  I would give it a 4 star if they do something about this.
