The hotel is right in the Seria town From room window or balcony you can see sea view side over seeing the Seria town. About 500m to the north is the Shell Oil n Gas Centre. For those who like morning or evening walk or jog there is a special path for joggers. Just next to OGC there is an old sport arena. The area has the latest tartarn sport track. The town is a small town but clean. The hotel roon is clean and tidy but a bit small to my expectation. Room has wifi n telephone line and good toilet and bath.

Its a clean and tidy place. Not much space in the rooms themselves. Cozy breakfast nook but not much choice for food. Staff are pleasant and provide a warm ambience.

The place nearby to eat and shopping places, good people and nice environment. The breakfast was poor same menu almost every morning.
