Nice and clean place at an affordable rate.Good wifi and low profile place. Just need to walk less than a kilometer to a mall and bus stops though.

we requested fora smoking room and paid BND45. BUT the lady who was incharge when i checked out scolded me as the room smelled like ciggarettes. i feel as if being lied to and ripped of as we paid the amount for smoking room. (so i guess it was okay for her to do this.)
so we tried the kiulap rest house as well. the old lady was being plain rude and chased us out even though we did not break any rules! she threatened me and my husband that she will blacklist our cousin's name as he checked it in for us! is this how you treat your guests??? the old lady chased us out by asking our cards and we DID not get any rest despite the fact we paid for the room already. we are FULLY disppointed with how the people there treated us.

Zimmer war eine Zumutung. Die Wände waren feucht und im Bad stank es fürchterlich. Zusätzlich war der Boden im Bad auch durchgehend nass, als wäre die Toilette undicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch unfreundlich und interessierten sich nur für die Bezahlung.

The room is rather small and the small is bad. Blanket and pillow are not clean. Air con is ok but hot water system sometimes has problem. Some receptionist is not good with English so it's hard to explain.
Price is ok for budgeted passenger.

The place in times square and other branches are good but the chinese ladies staff are horrible and not friendly. The owner is very friendly and accommodating but the chinese ladies are not accommodating. You must change your staff because it will affect your business now.
