Went to the spa here. Was very relaxing. After, went to the hotel bar to have a couple of drinks. Not many people around that night but service was good and the drinks were strong. Very nice.

A very good hotel. Stayed 4 days in the one building and the other 6 days on the ohter building. The second was much better. On the first part of the hotel, some things were missing. The breakfast was very very good and the location as well. Nice for business meetings although the 1st building is 4 star.

The Furn Bakery on ground level just have amazing sandwiches. Specially try their pulled lamb and chicken sandwich and Apple Struddle. Excellent food, best service, great ambiance - what else one hungry shopper needs?

Used to be my Fav. Last couple of times felt the wear and tear is taking over the hotel. Staff is great though and you can't beat the location. The best hotel for families i would recommend

The Westin is very nice. When I came to check-in, my room wasn't ready so they brought me up to the lounge and kept my luggage for me. The two hostesses in the lounge brought me drinks and food while I waited. Once I made it to the room, my luggage was there waiting for me. The room was very nice, had a nice view and the bathroom was awesome. I also ordered room service, but wasn't too pleased with how the food tasted. The hummus was good though!
