  The customer service was great, they were co-operative. The seating area is pretty good, certainly better than some other insurers I have been to. Not a lot of parking spaces which could potentially be an issue at the very least. The location, it's absolutely horrendous. Not the kind of place I would want to go to at night..(not that they open at night).

  No one speak on the phone and Poor customer sevice. I am just trying to reach them to ask my renewal amount.. have spent 20 mins to just get someone on the call but no one picks up the call
