  If you have this insurance, you need to change the service is not acceptable, all the lines they are providing nobody answer even for the direct line of the incharge.
  It was a big bad experience to bahrain and kuwait insurance my car already 20days in the garage and it has only damage bumper infront,, still until now nothing response and nobody pay attention. What you think? Its a good service? They give car replacement fir 14days but its already done and im paying my own wallet the extra days of the car, i think its not reasonable they make it like that. Until now my car hanging nobody pay attention im almost calling all the numbers nobody answer. Bad Insurance only the name big service down

  ما انصح اي شخص يتعامل معاهم خصوصا التامين الشامل معامله خره وتاخير وعدم احترام الزبائن
  وحقك ضايع معاهم
  موظفين غير مؤهلين
  
  the worst Insurance company in bahrain specially if you have cover insurance
  Staff need to educate what is the customer needs and right ignoring the customer no follow up and the staff don't know how to deal with a customer they need more training in dealing with the customer this company deserve zero star

  Last time I visited them it took me more than 1.5 hours to serve me, despite the small number of customers but only 2 staff serving them very slow

  Good insurance company, this office only accept full insurance customers, only two customer service desks are availabe so there will be waiting time.
