This is not the first time I stay her but unfortunately the worst. They need to look to the services, bathrooms and hospitality.

It's look nice and not pricy but the cleaning service is zero we checked in to find out that the bathroom not cleaned and a dirty towel we asked them to clean it and now it's been an hour with 3 calls and no one shows up , very bad service with dirty work

I was a regular guest of this hotel, until it was all ruined by their manager Tanbir. He insisted on charging my credit card twice claiming that the first transaction didn't go through. Although I showed a confirmation of the transaction, he still insisted on taking the money again, and won't refund me the money until two weeks later after I called him back, and hassled between them and the bank. Plus, money was not fully refunded. Good bye from now.
