Best gym in Bahrain. Ghassan is the God father of body building in Bahrain. Highly recommended!

fitting rooms always Dusty and dirty+ i always found some leftover"pills" thrown in the changing room
most of the people are body builders
+the place is well equipped though with newest equipment and a nice thing that there always will be a trainer if you need help in using the equipment"for free"
- the place has no wifii
-the prices are overrated
-but i had serious concern regarding hygiene and the place is with glass view to the mall-which i found disturbing as i feel that we are monkey in a catch for the shoppers to watch especially now that there is no view to the outside just this big clothing shop..response / report this review -
