i had the worst experience ever with this branch i have reserved a car online theough booking car rentals and paid the whole amount and i was late to pick the car when i reached there the service was horrible the guy on the counter told cuz u were late we gave the car to some one else ! without reaching my through phone or email ! and i have paid the amount for mercedes benz and he was telling me i can give u nissan instead ! the manager refused to talk to me and when she did she was very rude ! and they also refused to return my money !!!!
