  No one picks up the phone. Made an international call twice, waited over 5 mins each time just to ask a simple question like if I can early checkin the baggage, no one bothers to pick up the phone. Tried to send an email, but gets a message saying "User couldn't be found"

  انا مسافرة مستمرة وقد تعاملت مع عدة شركات طيران من قبل وكنت متشوقة لتجربة طيران الاتحاد ولكن لم تكن الشركة بالمستوى المطلوب وخاصة تعاملهك مع الزبائن/المسافرين اثناء وبعد الحجز
