  المكان صغير جدااا بالنسبه لمكتب سفريات بالاضافه لعدم وجود ترتيب ونظام في خدمة العملاء.مثال على ذلك من الممكن أن يخبرك الموظف وهو يقوم بخدمتكم بأن تنتظر بحجة أنه يوجد زبون قبلك وكان يودي مكالمة تلفونيه
